New season, jobs, and outlook!

It's been a long time since i last posted, time has been flying and things have been good. I just dropped Nicole off at the bus depot this morning, she was in Saskatoon all week to visit which was awesome...i miss her already... i'm just sitting here enjoying the sunny day and looking forward to being lazy for the day. A lot has been going on lately. Since YC Alberta i haven't posted. YC was a good time. I remember once again how BIG it is lol. The concerts were awesome, good speaking and hey...west Ed is always a good time. YC Alberta definately gets the YC of the year award.
Anyhow i've been doing a lot of chilling in Saskatoon the last little while. It was good time off since school ended but it gets old after a while, especially with money going out and not coming in lol. So i'm pleased to announce two things. 1) I've got a ministry position. I've been hired at LHPA (Lawson) as the associate pastor of student ministries. I start in August. It's part time and i'm really looking forward to see what God has for M:180 this year. My focus is going to be discipleship. It's going to be fun. Pastor Jason announced this news to our youth a couple of weeks ago before a youth retreat we did. Being called Pastor Jordan will take some getting used to that's for sure. Speakin of which that youth retreat was very God ordained and an awesome time of planting seed. I pray God brings a harvest in these youth this year. I like being expecting, i haven't felt like this in a while and so i'm in a good place right now!
My second announcement is that i got a part time job to go along with this position. I work at Scott's Parables Christian Bookstore in the music department part time. It's a great job. You get to listen to music all day, drink coffee, help customers and do easy going jobs...what more could i have asked for eh. I'm thankful that God brought this position along.
Other than all that i'm looking forward to July. We're moving to a new house which i am pumped to see and get aquainted with, i get to go back home for a youth camp, and July's always a nice month. It's one more month closer to NFL season as well. Anyhow i should be going, just wanted to update on my life and all the happenings. I must add that "The Lake House" and "Click" are both great movies that make you think a lot about life, go see them! that was random, i guess so was this post. I hope everyone is having a great summer and enjoying life. I'm out, peace!
